By using our products, you voluntarily agree to resolve any dispute, claim or action you may have related to Ultra6 Nutrition or arising from the use of any Ultra6 Nutrition Product., regardless of the type or nature of such dispute, claim or action, by submitting the dispute, claim or action to binding arbitration in the State of Utah before a duly appointed arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Your agreement hereunder to arbitrate any such dispute, claim or action shall be conclusive evidence of your express waiver of any right you may have to resolve any such dispute, claim or action by submitting it to a court of law.
