Some salads just have too many hidden calories to make them worth their weight in caloric consumption. Beware of most dressings. Even the smallest amount of certain dressings can set your weight loss back a few days because of the high sugar content. And the high calorie content will make it nearly impossible to get the appropriate amount of protein and still stay faithful to your daily calorie count.
